Research

At present, I'm earnestly working on my doctoral dissertation: "Public participation in environmental decision making: a pragmatic critique of Superfund discourse in Butte, Montana."

In addition, I am actively attending a few conferences and still trying to participate in professional organizations, especially the communication ethics & environmental communication divisions of the National Communication Association.

Some big news: I've been invited to participate in the Oxford Roundtable in August 2007. I will be presenting a paper discussing several reasons why the public distrusts government in addition to addressing ethical issues associated with this problem.

Here, you'll also find a list of publications and a discussion of my other research interests. If you share interests with me, please contact me (COkrusch@mtech.edu)and let's explore collaboration opportunities
